do good offers consulting services for non-profit groups. They have recently expanded their company to offer services from offices in three cities.
Their web site was designed to introduce do good's services and help clients recognize areas for improvement in their organizations. The Services section of the site identifies common problems experienced by non-profits and matches them with solutions from do good.
Ongoing communication has been an important factor in do good's success. The company sends an e-newsletter each month with helpful solutions for non-profit problems (more opportunities to self-identify), event announcements and resources. The software used to send the newsletter provides a simple interface that allows do good associates to compose and send each message themselves.
