Joel Ward's real estate web site offers access to homes for sale and for rent, and helpful information for home buyers and sellers. The site is easily updated by the staff through a content management system. Real estate listings are supplied to the site through integration with the Champaign County Board of Realtors' listing service.
The site is one of the best-looking and most accessible real estate sites in the area.
Joel Ward Seminars
This new version of the site (launched Sept. '06) was created when Joel expanded his real estate education business into 5 areas, each appealing to a different audience. The home page "funnels" each audience to their appropriate courses.
The information required in the signup process is slightly different for each course category. An appropriate signup process is displayed automatically based on the type of course purchased. SSL encryption is utilized for transmission of personal data.
Joel reports that his web site saves him an average of $400 per month in advertising costs. He is able to purchase smaller ad space and refer clients to his site for more information.
