The site is divided into colored navigation sections for apartment hunters, current residents, and other visitors.
Custom Illustration
A map of Champaign-Urbana illustrates the location of each property. Colored icons represent monthly rent and numbers show how many bedrooms are available in apartments at that location.
Database Driven
Rent, amenities, nearby bus routes and other descriptive information is stored in a database and managed by the company. Links to floorplans and extra photos open in a new window.

Fast and friendly navigation was a priority for the redesign of Champaign's largest non-campus leasing company. The clean, friendly look of their site enabled them to achieve a 100% lease rate for several years.
Two search options were offered for this site: an illustrated map of apartment locations, and a search by rent and number of bedrooms. Rachel programmed most of the site functions including the property manager, moderated classified ad board, and content managers for most sections of the site.
